How to Make a Complaint

What to Expect
1. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days.
2. Investigation: Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated by our team to understand the issue and identify the best solution.
3. Response: We will provide a full response to your complaint within 7 working days from the date of acknowledgment. If we require more time to investigate, we will keep you informed of our progress.

Thank you for your regular donations to The Care Trust; your support is greatly appreciated. If you wish to cancel you contributions, please choose from the options below.
How to Cancel Regular Donations
If you wish to cancel your regular donations you can email thecaretrust@give.ie please include in your email your name, contributor ID, phone number and address. We will contact you promptly confirming cancellation of regular donations.
